How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following cases:
- Financial Partners: with licensed banks, money services businesses, card issuers, and payment processors that provide account, payment, or wallet services in connection with your membership. These partners receive the information necessary to open and maintain your account and to meet their own regulatory obligations, including identity verification, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring. They process that information as independent controllers under their own privacy notices, which are provided to you at account opening.

- Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, with safeguards to ensure continued compliance with regional regulations.
Where a financial service is provided by a partner institution, that institution may issue its own privacy notice governing the information it collects and holds. Where such a notice applies, it governs that institution’s handling of your information.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to provide the services you have requested, and to comply with our legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations.
Identification records collected for KYC, CIP, and AML purposes are retained for the period required by applicable financial-services law in the relevant jurisdiction, which is generally a minimum of five years after the closure of an account or the completion of a transaction. When information is no longer required, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, in accordance with global data protection standards. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is one hundred percent secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
